Donald Trump Jr. has supported his father Donald J. Trump’s decision to stand by Brett Kavanaugh in his recent tweet. He has stated, “When nearly any other Republican President would have folded to the pressure from the left and the media, Donald J. Trump stood by Kavanaugh and refuse to budge.”
When nearly any other Republican President would have folded to the pressure from the left and the media, Donald J. Trump stood by Kavanaugh and refused to budge.
And today, conservatives just got our biggest win from the Supreme Court in a generation.

Donald Trump Jr. has made it clear that his father’s decision was right since the US Supreme Court in their recent judgment has ruled out the 50-year-old constitutional right to choose abortion in an effort to restrict or prohibit the country’s abortion practices.
In 2017 the Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, Brett Kavanaugh voted to block the choice of abortion for Jane Doe (J.D.) who was being represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Reportedly he has successfully blocked J.D.’s abortion for at least 11 more days by issuing an order “asserting that the federal government would not impose an undue burden on Jane Doe’s right to abortion if it could find a sponsor who would remove her from custody “expeditiously,” according to the case facts of the Center For Reproductive Rights. J.D. petitioned for the full Court of Appeals in order to use private funds and logistics rather than finding a sponsor. Her appeal was reversed and she was ordered to have her right to abortion.
However, Brett Kavanaugh was against the majority’s decision and has stated, “the Supreme Court’s many precedents hold that the Government has a permissible interest in favouring fetal life, protecting the best interests of a minor, and refraining from facilitating abortion.” Kavanaugh wanted the government to find a sponsor for J.D. and if they fail to find a sponsor in meantime they resume another court schedule for further arguments.
In 2018 Brett Kavanaugh was again on the front page for allegedly performing sexual misconduct against a minor. The FBI who was investigating the case against Judge Kavanaugh was asked to complete the investigation process within a week. During that time Donald J. Trump, 45th the US President, stood by his side. Trump was concerned about Kavanaugh being treated horribly during the investigations by saying, “The trauma for a man that’s never had any accusation, he’s never had a bad statement about him. He was number one in his class at Yale, he was number one in his law school at Yale, and then what he’s gone through over the last three weeks is incredible.” Mr Trump even claimed the sexual charges were unjustified.
However, Donald Trump Jr.’s remark is based on the verdict given by the Supreme Court to prohibit abortions with full effect triggering a ban in 13 states. The judgment was written and provided by Justice Samuel Alito who overturned the historic decision.
Sources are depicting that the verdict resultant of a gradual flow of power shift occurring in the court’s justice system. The six conservative justice who was selected by former President Mr Trump outnumbered three liberal justices.
