The world is divided since the war started between Russia and Ukraine. A part of the world backs Ukraine which is a supporter of America and one supports Russia and is somehow against America. But the recent event has shaken the West from the core and they can’t take it lightly. As soon as the war started America started imposing a number of sanctions on Russia and one of them was a price cap that meant that all those countries who support America and Ukraine will only buy Russian oil below a certain decided amount.
