Alan Wake 2 coming out on October 17 for PS5, a new protagonist- FBI agent Saga Anderson introduced in the game

Good news for all the gaming enthusiasts out there, the sequel of multiple Game of the Year award-winning game Alan Wake will be releasing out on October 17. This release date of Alan Wake 2 was revealed in a new trailer shown during the PlayStation showcase. Well, the announcement of the launch date is not the only interesting part, the other interesting part was in the trailer a new protagonist along with Alan Flake was shown- FBI Agent Saga Anderson.

The game will be launching on PS5 as officially announced by PlayStation via Twitter.

Alan Wake 2 as per the company is a single-player psychological survival horror experience. Also if you have not played this game before then you need not worry as the company has assured that gamers can easily dive into the sequel without prior experience or knowledge of the story.

As per PlayStation.Blog, “It was important to create an approachable experience for new players without forgetting our long-standing fans. Another key pillar for us was ensuring that we respect fundamental survival horror principles: make the gameplay challenging for experienced players yet easy to navigate for those who want to focus on enjoying the game’s rich, layered story.”

Even the gamers can play Alan Wake and Saga Anderson’s stories in any order they choose though their journeys echo and foreshadow each other, taking players on two separate dark and disturbing paths.

This game will be out on October 17 and will be available digitally for PC on Epic Games Store, PS5, and Xbox series X|S.
