ASUS 65W USB-C GaN Charger: Features
It weighs 120g and measures 32×64.1x30mm. It features a square-shaped, sleek, pocket-friendly, and lightweight design and is 20% smaller than the standard chargers of the same class. This charger arrives with Gallium nitride (GaN) technology that ensures extremely efficient charging and minimum heat buildup. It features dual USB Type-C ports that allow simultaneous charging of two devices. It’s able to charge an empty phone battery to 50% in just 30 minutes.
The charger includes a 1.5m USB-C to USB-C cable. It offers up to 65W of power when charging one device and features Smart Load Balancing to distribute output between two USB Type-C ports during simultaneous charging. It is equipped with a built-in electronic maker chip that ensures compatibility between the cable and device and allows the charger to fast-charge laptops and mobile devices.
The charger has been subjected to durability tests that include the 3000-cycle cable bend test and the 10000 cycle insert and removal test.
