Along with several other important details, the launch date for the X90 series smartphone has been disclosed. The upcoming lineup will replace the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro, which were made public in China in April.
The leaker asserts that Vivo will hold the X90 series launch event in China in December. The leaker further claims that Vivo won’t introduce any new products after its X90 line of smartphones. The Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and Vivo X90 Pro+ smartphones are all members of the X90 series, for those who are unaware.
A Chinese tipster predicts that the X90 Pro model will perform better than the X80 Pro. When the stock of the X80 lineup runs out, Vivo will launch the X90 series. Sadly, Assen withheld information regarding the features of the Vivo X90 line of smartphones. However, earlier rumors claim the X90 Pro+ will include an AMOLED display and a curved screen. The phone will either have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or the newest flagship Dimensity chip inside.
A Vivo V2 ISP chip will likely also be used in the Vivo X90 Pro+. The phone might have UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5x RAM.
As part of its features, it is rumored to contain a 1-inch camera sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
The X90 Pro might come with an AMOLED display with beveled edges. The required power will be provided by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. A 1-inch camera sensor and a V2 ISP chip could be found in the phone. A 4,780mAh battery with a 100W charger can also be utilized. A 4,700mAh battery could potentially be found in the X90.
