How important is the design while picking your next smartphone? The majority of phones today resemble one another, so some might argue that this is irrelevant, but businesses like Oneplus and Vivo are making an effort to offer some differentiation. The V25 Pro, Vivo’s newest device, aims to prioritize aesthetics while also providing minor camera improvements whereas the OnePlus 10R delivers the chic look.
Let’s see the differences between both phones.
The design, camera, and display of both the phones
The Vivo model features rounded edges and sides and a more rounded appearance. The phone’s back is made of glass. Remember that this glass is Fluorite AG and that it changes color when exposed to light, whereas the OnePlus 10R sports a flatter profile and a design that is similar to the iPhone. The rear of the OnePlus model is also made of plastic. Overall, the design philosophy of the OnePlus differs greatly from that of the 10R.
The Vivo V25 Pro has a somewhat smaller body than the OnePlus 10R, with dimensions of 158.9 x 73.5 x 8.6 mm. The 10R weighs 186g as opposed to the prior model’s 190g weight.
The Vivo V25 Pro comes with a respectable camera setup. This device has a 64MP f/1.9 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The sensor on the 32MP selfie camera is substantial.
Three cameras are included in the OnePlus 10R: a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For taking selfies, a 16MP punch hole lens is included on the front.
The two phones’ display panels are comparable. However, as you would have assumed from its size, the Vivo V25 Pro features a somewhat smaller display. The phone’s 6.56-inch AMOLED screen boasts a resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with HDR10+ support. The OnePlus 10R, on the other hand, boasts a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED screen with HDR10+ certification, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels.
Specifications and battery of Vivo V25 Pro and OnePlus 10R
The Vivo V25 is powered by the Dimensity 1300 chipset, a mid-range chip with reasonable performance. Options for memory include 256GB of storage and up to 12GB of RAM.
The OnePlus 10R comes with the speedier MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chip. The processor performs reasonably well in the mid-range market and will outperform 1300 in terms of speed and raw performance.
