New Redmi Earbuds Appeared On CMIIT And IMDA Certification Websites
Recently a new pair of earbuds from Xiaomi was found listed on the FCC certification website along with the SDPPI, SIRIM, and CMIIT website. Now a new pair of earbuds from Redmi has appeared on certification websites.
These earbuds under the brand name Redmi have appeared on China’s CMIIT and Singapore’s IMDA certification websites with the model number M2344E1. Starting with the CMIIT certification, these earbuds have been approved with the certificate number “2024-4769” and were issued on the 25th of March 2024. The listing further shows that these earbuds will have a frequency range of 2400-2483.5MHz. We also got to know that it will feature a 20 dBm (100 mW) transmitter from the CMIIT listing. And now in the IMDA, it only shows as a low-power device and nothing more.
Apart from this, the moniker of these upcoming earbuds is not available at the moment, however, it does give us an idea that these earbuds will come to both the Asian and Chinese markets.
Redmi Buds 5 specs
Just recently Redmi launched the Redmi Buds 5 in India. These earbuds came with a price tag of Rs 2,999. It is equipped with 12.4mm Dynamic Titanium coated drivers, a 1.6mm coil with fine winding, an N52 neodymium magnet, and an independent sound chamber.
It offers Hybrid Active Noise cancellation up to 46dB. For clear calls, it comes with a dual microphone with AI voice enhancements for calls. The earbuds come in an IP54 rated body. It can work for up to 38 hours when fully charged. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and Google Fast Pair for seamless pairing.
