Oppo Enco R2 launched in China, a premium looking affordable earbuds

A few days back Oppo confirmed the launch of new TWS earbuds, Oppo Enco R2. There was speculation that Oppo might launch the Oppo Enco R2 earbuds alongside the Reno 10 series and the same has happened. At the Oppo Reno 10 series launch event Oppo has announced a new pair of truly wireless earbuds. Despite the premium design that makes it look cool, its price is quite affordable, which is ¥349(~$50).

Features

Its premium front comes from a bright gold lid and white case. These open earbuds come in white color. Its 13.4 mm drivers with Cadence HiFi5 processing chip make sure to deliver spatial audio features.

These buds only support SBC and AAC audio codecs which are justified as it’s available at an affordable price. For seamless fast connection, it is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and also offers support for multi-point connection.

As far as its battery life is concerned it can last for 6 hours on a full charge and in case it increases up to 25 hours. It uses a Type C port for charging. Earbuds pack a 27 mAh battery whereas the case packs a 400 mAh battery in it.

The buds are IP54 water and dust resistant thus making them withstand accidental splashes of water. Moreover, the Enco R2 utilizes a deep neural network (DNN) call noise reduction algorithm for high-quality call clarity. Perfect premium-looking earbuds at an affordable price tag.

This earbud is available in China for pre-order and there is no report about its launch in other markets.
