Oppo Enco R3 with 13.4mm titanium-plated large dynamic coil and 35 hours long battery life launched in China, sales to start from May 31st
We were the first ones to spot the Oppo Enco R3 earbuds on the China Telecom website. Through that listing, we had already revealed some of the specs. Now, these earbuds have been launched in the Chinese market, but they aren’t available for sale at the moment. Currently, Oppo is allowing pre-booking for these earbuds, but sales will start on May 31st, along with the Oppo Reno 12 series and the Oppo Air Pad 2’s new Aurora Purple color.
Oppo Enco R3 Specs
For a better sound experience, these earbuds come with a 13.4mm titanium-plated large dynamic coil and support Spatial sound effects. Furthermore, these earbuds are fine-tuned, or rather custom-tuned, for the Reno series and have a Reno12 series customization pop-up window. They come with Bluetooth version 5.3, featuring low-latency dual transmission and an effective range of 10 meters. These earbuds also come with a Bes 2600ihc chip for enhanced data rate transmission (EDR). For voice clarity, they are equipped with a single microphone with AI noise reduction. Unfortunately, they do not support dual device connectivity but come with a USB Type-C port.
The battery size is also decent, with each earbud containing a 32mAh battery while the charging case has a 480mAh battery. According to Oppo, this battery setup provides up to 5 hours of playback time without the charging case and up to 35 hours with the charging case, although the 35-hour mark can be achieved by keeping the volume of the earbuds at 50%. Additionally, the earbuds can be fully charged in 1 hour, while the charging case takes around 2.5 hours for a full charge.
Regarding weight, each earbud weighs 3.7g, and with the charging case, the total weight is 45.14g. Other features include touch operations: single click, double click, triple click, and long press; double click to remotely take photos; and double click/triple click to call up the Xiaobu Assistant. The earbuds are compatible with both iOS and Android.
