Free repairs by Xiaomi after Redmi Note 10 Pro Max camera crashes after an MIUI update
Redmi India recently released the MIUI 13 update for the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max and Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphones. While everything seemed fine until now, several phone users have begun to complain about the camera app crashing when opened. Some users have even reported that the camera crashes when using third-party apps like Instagram and Snapchat. This is cause for concern because the camera is the most frequently used application on a smartphone by many users.
Xiaomi India has acknowledged the problem and stated that it will provide comprehensive technical support and repairs to affected users at no additional cost at company-authorized service centers across India. Customers should be relieved by this.
Our service teams will provide comprehensive technical support and repairs at no additional cost.
We regret any inconvenience caused to our users. We are committed to delivering a user-centric experience that exceed our user's expectations. (2/2)

This is not the first time that the Redmi Note 10 series hardware has caused problems for users. There were also reports of Redmi Note 10 series display issues in April 2021. However, Xiaomi dismissed it, claiming that it was reported by less than 0.001% of Redmi Note 10 series users.
