Honor CEO Announced Honor Ring in progress At MWC 2024

Samsung recently confirmed that it will launch the much-awaited Smart Ring later this year. Tech Town was busy speculating its specs when a new update came into town. And this is about the Honor Ring that the company is currently working on. In an interview given to CNBC, Honor CEO George Zhao said that the company is developing its own smart ring. “Internally, we have this kind of solution, now we are working on that part, so in the future, you can have the Honor ring,” he said.

He didn’t say much about this product but said that it’s part of the company’s broader focus on health. About AI integration Zhao suggested that he sees AI as a key way to help provide more health insights to users. He said “This hardware capability will work together with AI-enabled apps (and) can help you make the professional training course tailored for you because they studied your habits and health data to give you professional suggestions,”. “I think AI will transform this kind of applications.”

The company’s primary aim was to show Honor Magic 6 Pro at the MWC 2024. It features an eye-tracking AI function and NanoCrystal Shield for durability. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and boasts a 50MP main sensor.
