ASUS Officially Unveils TUF Gaming A14, A16 And ROG Zephyrus G16 Laptops At Computex 2024; Updates For ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook And Expertbook PS Series Introduced
ASUS has yesterday unveiled a number of innovative and hi-tech gaming laptops at Computex 2024. Along with these laptops, the company has also introduced some new gaming peripherals, updates for the ProArt series, and more. ASUS TUF Gaming A14 And A16 Laptops
ASUS TUF Gaming A14 and A16 laptops are powered by AMD Ryzen AI processors whereas the TUF Gaming A14 laptop is equipped with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU and the TUF Gaming A16 laptop is equipped with RTX 4070 GPU. They sport LPDDR5X-7500 modules.
TUF Gaming A14 arrives with a 16.9mm thick chassis and a 14-inch display. The display offers 2.5k resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits brightness. The display features NVIDIA G-SYNC and Advanced Optimus. It comes with an FHD webcam supporting Windows Hello, a glass touchpad, and a keyboard with 1.7mm key travel. Connectivity options include- microSD card reader, 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, Type-C USB 4 port, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port, HDMI 2.1 port, and an audio jack.
TUF Gaming A16 arrives with 17.9mm thickness. It sports a 16-inch display that offers 2.5k resolution, 400 nits of brightness, 3ms response time, and 165Hz refresh rate. It is backed by a 90Wh battery. The laptop includes a larger touchpad and full-sized arrow keys for enhanced usability. Connectivity options are- 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, USB 4 port with DisplayPort 2.1, USB 3.2 Type-C port with 100W power delivery support, RJ45 Ethernet jack, HDMI 2.1 port, and 3.5MM combo jack.
ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 Gaming Laptop
ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 features a 16-inch OLED display that offers 2.5k resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 16:10 aspect ratio, and arrives with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. It is powered by AMD Ryzen processors including next-gen Ryzen AI 9 HX-370. It offers 32GB LPDDR5X-7500 RAM and supports the new SD-Express 7.0. Other features include- Strix Point technology, ROG intelligent cooling with liquid metal on the CPU, and a tri-fan design.
ProArt Series laptops
ASUS has introduced three new models under its ProArt series- ProArt P16, ProArt PZ13 and ProArt PX13. ProArt P16 and PX13 laptops are equipped with AMD Ryzen AI processors and NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPUs.
ProArt P16 features a 16-inch OLED display that offers 4K resolution. It offers up to 64GB RAM and 4TB storage. While ProArt PX13 features an OLED touch display that offers 2.8K resolution and HDR support. If we talk about ProArt PZ13, it is powered by a Snapdragon plus processor that integrates AI capabilities. It is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with IR support. It comes with an IP52 rating for water and dust resistance.
Zenbook And Vivobook
Zenbook S 16, now a Copilot+ PC, arrives with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor that triples the neural processing power of previous models. It features a 16-inch OLED touch display that offers 3k resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It integrates Windows 11 AI features that are said to enhance the user experience.
Vivobook S15 and S16 models now arrive with Ryzen AI 300 series processors. These models feature all-metal chassis and advanced cooling systems They offer up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
ExpertBook P5
ASUS introduced the ExpertBook P5 model which is designed for business use and equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors. It arrives with advanced AI capabilities. The device features a 14-inch display that offers a 16:10 aspect ratio and 2.5k resolution. It comes with features like conversational AI, semantic search, AI Voiceprint for noise cancellation, and content creation. It is said to offer enhanced cooling that lets the users continue with their work without worrying about heating issues.
Gaming Peripherals
At Computex 2024, ASUS has also introduced a few gaming peripherals that include- a carbon fiber shell mouse, an aluminum keyboard, and advanced headphones. These new gadgets are said to enhance the gaming experience of the users
