Lenovo Tab K10 Gen 2 Announced in India; Lenovo Tab K9 Spotted on the IMDA Database

Lenovo has now announced the Tab K10 Gen 2 tablet model in the Indian market. In related news, the Tab K9 tablet has also been spotted on Singapore’s IMDA certification platform.

Lenovo Tab K10 Gen 2 – Announced in India
The Lenovo Tab K10 Gen 2 tablet WiFi-only and WiFi+4G models have been announced in India (on the 24th February 2025) and these carry the respective model numbers of ‘TB311FU’ and ‘TB311XU’. It should be noted that earlier these were also launched as the WiFi-only and WiFi+4G models of the Lenovo Tab in several global markets with the same specs.
Speaking about its key specs, it is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor and is integrated with the ARM Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It packs a 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and a 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. A microSD slot with up to 1TB expandable storage support is also present within the device.
Other notable specs include Android 14 (or later), 10.1″ TFT LCD display (1920 x 1200 pixels resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, & 10-point multi-touch), 8MP rear and 5MP front cameras, 5100 mAh battery, 20W wired charging, Dolby Atmos optimized dual speakers, mono microphone, WiFi 5, multiple location positioning services (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, & BeiDou), various sensors (accelerometer, hall sensor, & virtual light sensor), standard ports (USB-C, 3.5 mm microphone x headphone port, & card slot), IP52-rated body, 235.7 x 154.5 x 7.5 mm dimension (with camera bump – 9.4 mm), 425 gm weight, and Luna Grey color.
Lenovo Tab K9 – IMDA Certification
The Lenovo Tab K9 tablet has appeared on the IMDA certification platform bearing the model numbers ‘TB305FU’ and ‘TB305XU’, respectively for the WiFi-only and WiFi+4G models. The two have been listed as portable tablet computers on the IMDA database, with wireless LAN/RLAN.
Just to add, previously these two models of the Lenovo Tab K9 was spotted on the Google Play Console and EEC databases too, and their key specs were revealed via a Japanese internet service provider website. Also to note, this device also carries the moniker – ‘Lenovo Tab One’.
A few of its revealed specs are the MediaTek Helio G85 chip, Android 14 OS, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage (eMMC), microSD card slot, 8.7″ IPS display (with 1340 x 800 pixels resolution & 10 points multi-touch), 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras, 5100 mAh battery, 20W wired charging, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C 2.0, 3.5 mm microphone x headphone jack, multiple location positioning services (GPS, GLONASS, & Galileo), multiple sensors (light sensor, accelerometer, & proximity sensor), inbuilt stereo speakers and microphone, 211 x 125 x 9 mm dimension, and 320 gm weight.
