A new report reveals Meizu is coming up with Meizu 21 Note not Meizu 21x
Meizu is working on yet another smartphone from the 21 series smartphone. A few days back a new smartphone was discovered on the 3C database with a model number “M468Q”. The listing confirms a 66W of fast charging and is expected to ship with a 5500 mAh battery. At that time, the moniker wasn’t known, but now a new report has revealed its moniker.
As per the report by Android Headlines, this new smartphone will be called Meizu 21 Note and will have two model numbers “M468Q” and “M468H“. This is rather a new addition to this series as the last Meizu 20 series didn’t have any Note in the moniker. Also, the report further states that we will see Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 soc.
Just before the sighting of this model number “M468Q” on the 3C certification, another Meizu smartphone was spotted with a model number “BA468”. At that time, DCS revealed it to be Meizu 21x and even the report from Android Headlines claims that Meizu 21x is also in the works. As per the 3C certification and inputs from DCS, the Meizu 21x will come with 66W fast charging and a 5500 mAh battery.
DCS had also stated that we may see some AI capabilities with the Meizu 21x but didn’t specify which chipset Meizu will choose. So now, it looks like Meizu may add the Meizu 21x and Meizu 21 Note to the Meizu 21 Series. On a side note, The Meizu 21 series has a vanilla variant and a Pro variant which have already been launched.
Right now we don’t have any tentative date for the launch, but it looks like we may see the Meizu 21 Note first and then the 21x.
