A new device labeled the Xiaomi Suiren has appeared in the database of the Geekbench benchmarking platform. Since it is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it seems that it could be the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Here is a look at the details that have emerged through the Geekbench appearance.

The Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro debuted in China in October 2023 as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered smartphones. The 14 Ultra, which is expected to debut in March or April of this year in China, is said to feature the same chip. Hence, it appears that the Xiaomi Suiren device could be the forthcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

As can be seen, there are multiple Geekbench. listings of the Xiaomi Suiren featuring the same specs. As per the Geekbench listing, the purported 14 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 16 GB of RAM, and Android 14.

According to other reports, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a curved-edge OLED panel that offers a 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate., and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device will run on the HyperOS-based Android 14 and is likely to pack a 5,180mAh battery. It is said to be equipped with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It is speculated that the 14 Ultra’s quad-camera system will feature the Sony LYT-900 50-megapixel primary camera.
