Alleged Xiaomi Civi 4 smartphone spotted on China’s 3C certification website; charging details revealed
The smartphone brand Xiaomi is rumored to be working on a Civi smartphone with model number 24053PY09C and it is speculated that the device could debut soon. Lately, a lot of details regarding this device have been tipped online while recently the device was spotted on the MIIT certification website also.
As revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi 24053PY09C has now been spotted on China’s 3C certification website and the listing revealed that the device will support 67W fast charging.
It was earlier assumed that this device could arrive with the moniker Xiaomi Civi 4 but two days back Xiaomi China’s Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing Department, Xu Fei mentioned the launch of a new smartphone which is not Civi 4. Well as per reports Xiaomi 24054PY09C is said to be a Civi branded device only, hence it was assumed that the device may arrive with the moniker Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro or rather Xiaomi Civi 5 since the number “4” is considered a bad omen in few countries.
Expected specifications of this upcoming Xiaomi device
The upcoming device is said to sport a Curved-edge OLED display that offers 1.5k resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. It might feature dual front cameras and a 50MP main rear camera with OIS support with Leica. It may be powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset while it is expected to be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging.
