Apple is reportedly working on a bigger iPad Air with a 12.9-inch display thus making it the biggest iPad Air model. Recently 91mobiles in an exclusive report shared raw CAD renders of the iPad Air 12.9-inch model sourced from industry sources. The render gives an idea of possible designs that it can come with.
Let’s get to know about it in detail.
As per the renders shared by the report the iPad Air 12.9 inch model can look similar to the current iPad Air model with a slim body and equal bezel display.
Similar to the existing model, its renders are shown to have a Touch ID button on top and a speaker grille on top and bottom. The side switch can also be seen and the USB-C port at the bottom.
Unlike the existing iPad Air model, the iPad Air 12.9-inch model’s rear panel has a camera with a pill-shaped border with an LED flash. It seems as if Apple has kept the design almost similar to the existing iPad Air model without making any significant changes in the iPad Air.
Earlier report said that it won’t feature the LED display panel that we get to see in the iPad Pro 12.9 inch model. And we can get to see the LCD panel. The M2 chip can power it and can be launched as the 6th generation model in the series. It’s worth mentioning that no such official announcement has been made yet so it’s required to take this information with a pinch of salt.
