ASUS Zenfone 12 Ultra Officially Confirmed To Launch Globally On 6th February

ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra made its debut in global markets in March 2024 and now its successor Zenfone 12 Ultra will be making its debut one month prior than the previous model. ASUS has officially announced that the Zenfone 12 Ultra smartphone will be making its debut on 6th February at 14:30 (GMT+8).

The smartphone brand has hinted that the upcoming smartphone will arrive with AI features that enhance the photography experience while the teaser image suggests that the device could support 4K video recording.

ASUS Zenfone 12 Ultra has already been spotted on the IMEI database, SGS, and Bluetooth SIG certifications. The SGS listing revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be supporting a 65W wired fast charging feature.

Previously ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra arrived with similarities to ROG Phone 8 smartphone, hence it is expected that this time also we may see similarities in Zenfone 12 Ultra in terms of features/design with ROG Phone 9 which made its debut last year in November globally.

ROG Phone 9: Specifications

The device runs on Android 15 OS. It sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ Samsung AMOLED LTPO display that offers HDR10 support, 2500 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Users can enable a 185Hz refresh rate in game mode. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and features ROG GameCool 9 cooling system.

The device features a 50MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide camera, and 5MP macro camera on the rear side while on the front it features a 32MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 5800 mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging.

Other features include- AniMe Vision display, AI-driven gaming features (X Sense 3.0, X Capture 2.0, AI grabber 2.0, AI Noise cancellation), AirTrigger touch system, AeroActive Cooler X Pro clip-on cooler, OZO Audio technology, multi magnet dual stereo speakers, in-display fingerprint sensor, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4.
