Carl Pei has finally put an end to rumors, Nothing Phone (2) confirmed to launch with SD 8+ Gen1 processor
Since Carl Pei announced that Nothing will soon launch its next flagship smartphone, called the Nothing Phone (2), the rumor mill has been buzzing with multiple speculations about its features. Previously, Qualcomm accidentally revealed that the Nothing Phone (2) would come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Recently, the Geekbench listing surfaced, and although there were doubts regarding whether it would be the 8+ or 8 versions, Carl Pei has conclusively confirmed that it will indeed come with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
Adding to the confirmation, Nothing CEO further added that this is definitely going to be an upgrade from the already available Nothing Phone (1).

What do we know so far about this smartphone?
So far, several details have emerged about the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) smartphone. The Geekbench listing has provided valuable information, confirming that the device will ship with Android 13 pre-installed. Additionally, it is rumored to offer a generous 12GB of RAM. This smartphone was previously spotted on the BIS certification website with the model number AIN065.
Regarding the design, leaks suggest that the Nothing Phone (2) will feature a design similar to its predecessor, the Nothing Phone (1). Furthermore, it is anticipated to be equipped with a 5000mAh battery, ensuring a substantial power capacity.
Availability
For the Indian audience, the smartphone has already been listed on Flipkart, indicating that it will be launched through the same platform. Nothing has confirmed that the smartphone will be released this summer, giving us a timeframe from June to August.
