Dimensity 9300 achieves highest-ever 2,055,084 points score on AnTuTu benchmarks
A mysterious device featuring the Dimensity 9300 chipset has emerged on AnTuTu, achieving an impressive score of 2,055,084. This marks the first time that an Android flagship has surpassed 2 million points on AnTuTu v10, setting a new benchmark for Android devices.

As per the AnTuTu listing, the Dimensity 9300 employs a unique architecture consisting of four powerful Cortex-X4 cores and four large Cortex-A720 cores, omitting the smaller cores commonly found in mobile processors. It also features an Immortalis-G720 GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
To break down the score, it achieved 485,065 points in the CPU test, 899,463 in the GPU test, 357,691 in the memory test, and 312,866 in the UX test. This allowed the Dimensity 9300 to achieve an outstanding score of 2,055,084 points on AnTuTu benchmarks.
Upcoming devices powered by the Dimensity 9300
The Dimensity 9300 is expected to launch on November 6 and is expected to power upcoming models like the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, which are expected to launch in the third week of November of this year. The device is also expected to power the OPPO Find X7.
Dimensity 9300 on Geekbench
Furthermore, a listing on Geekbench recently revealed that the upcoming Find X7, equipped with the Dimensity 9300, boasts 16GB of RAM, runs on Android 14, and delivered impressive performance with 2,139 points in the single-core test and 7,100 points in the multi-core test. It is speculated that the Find X7 and X7 Pro will be announced in the first quarter of 2024.
