[Exclusive] Retail MOP Price of the Upcoming Vivo Y100 Smartphone Leaked: Here’s What We Know
Vivo’s upcoming smartphone, the Vivo Y100 is expected to have its launch after the 15th of February 2023 and its promotional materials were shared previously by us.

The Retail MOP of the Vivo Y100 Smartphone
The leaked materials now available have pointed out that the upcoming Vivo Y100 smartphone will have a MOP price of Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. Retail customers will be able to purchase the device for the price and will also be able to get a cashback of Rs. 1,500 with selected bank transactions.
Customers will be able to receive the cashback using the credit card EMI, debit card EMI, and credit card transactions of the ICICI Bank. However, the cashback won’t be eligible with the ICICI Bank and Amazon co-powered cards. The Rs. 1,500 cashback can also be availed on the EMI transactions using OneCard as well.
With the credit card EMI and debit card EMI transactions of IDFC First Bank also, cashback can be availed. The cashback is also available on SBI credit card transactions claimed for a tenure of 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. Customers should also note that the SBI transactions made on Pinelabs and Paytm will be under customer interest bearing(CIB).
Retail customers will also be able to receive cashback with credit card EMI transactions from Bank of Baroda, Federal Bank, AU Bank, Kotak Bank, Yes Bank, and HSBC Bank.
In the case of SBI, the cashback will be credited after 180 days but in the case of other banks, the cashback will be credited after 90 days.
The customers should also verify and assure themselves of the EMI status of the respective bank before they make the transactions.
The retail customers will also be able to get an interest subsidy for EMI transactions for a tenure of 9 months and 12 months. Vivo will cover 4% of the interest and only the rest will have to be borne by the customers. Interest subsidy won’t be available for EMI transactions for a tenure of 3 months and 6 months.
The HDFC Bank EMI scheme of February 2023 points that there will be 9|3, 8|2, 10|3, 7|1, 12|4, and 15|5 EMI schemes made available. For all the schemes, the retail customers will have to pay a DBD charge of 1.5% as well.
The monthly EMI is the least for the 15|5 scheme, but customers will have to pay a down payment of Rs. 8,333. The down payment will be the least in the 7|1 scheme and the customers will only have to pay a down payment of Rs. 3,571 and also a monthly EMI of 3,571 itself
For the ICICI Bank Schemes of February 2023, EMI schemes of 8|2, 9|3, 7|1, 10|3, 9|2, 15|5, and 18|6 are available. Unlike the HDFC scheme, retail customers who have selected the EMI scheme of 7|1 will have to pay a DBD of 2%. For all the other schemes, they’ll only have to pay a DBD of 1.5%.
The monthly EMI is the least for the 18|6 scheme and the customers will only have to pay a monthly EMI of Rs. 1,389 along with a down payment of Rs. 8,333. Just like the HDFC schemes, the down payment is least for the 7|1 scheme and the customers will only have to pay a down payment of Rs. 3,571 and a monthly EMI of the same amount.

The upcoming Vivo Y100 smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 (6nm) chipset which has a primary clock speed of 2.4 GHz and will run on the latest FuntouchOS 13 custom user interface.
The Vivo smartphone also features an AMOLED display which will have a refresh rate of 90Hz. On the rear, the smartphone will also have a triple rear camera setup equipped with a 64MP OIS anti-shake camera.
The device will come equipped with a 4500 mAh battery backup as well and will support a fast charge feature of upto 44W.
