The South Korean tech giant Samsung has recently teased the launch of the Galaxy F55 5G smartphone in the Indian market. This will be the first smartphone brand by Samsung to arrive with a Vegan Leather Finish. The launch date of this upcoming smartphone is still not revealed by the company.

Firstly let’s talk about the Vegan Leather Finish of the Galaxy F55 5G smartphone. This Vegan Leather rear panel has surpassed high/low temperature, cosmetics resistance test, solar radiation, salt spray, hand sweat resistance, Oil coating test, vibration friction, and drop hammer test. Apart from a Vegan Leather finish, the smartphone will feature a saddle stitch pattern. The device will be arriving in Raisin Black and Apricot Crush color options.
Now if we come to the specs, the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ Infinity-O display that offers FHD+ screen resolution, 85.7% screen-to-body ratio, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits HBM. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and will offer 18% increased GPU performance and 96% increased NPU performance when compared to Galaxy F54. Also, first time a Galaxy F series smartphone will be offering 12GB RAM.
It will pack up a triple rear camera setup that includes 50MP+8MP+2MP camera sensors while on the front it will pack up a 50MP front camera. It will arrive with camera features like brighter and sharper night shots and super HDR video. The device will be backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
Other features of the smartphone include- Knox Vault, Notes over call, 4-year OS update+ 5-year security update, Samsung Wallet, Voice focus, and fingerprint on display.
