The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Xiaomi launched its last K60 series smartphone, the Redmi K60 Ultra, a few days back. The Redmi K70 series is said to be in the works and recent reports state that the Pro variant of the series has appeared on the Geekbench database with the model number, 23113RKC6C.
The Geekbench listing reveals that the device has a motherboard codenamed “corot”, and this raises an issue in the listing, as pointed out by a tipster.

Xiaomi 23113RKC6C – Geekbench Listing
This update comes from Kacper Skrzypek, a tipster on the Twitter platform, who has shared that the recent Geekbench listing of the Xiaomi 23113RKC6C smartphone has a small issue in it. As per the Geekbench listing, which is believed to be the Geekbench listing of the Redmi K70 Pro smartphone, it is suggested that the device has a motherboard which is codenamed – “corot”.
The tipster states that this motherboard with the codename “corot” already exists with the newly launched Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone and according to him, the device model is said to be spoofed or made up. He also adds that there is no hint about the newer model in the ROM as well. Further, he also mentions that the smartphone with the model number 23113RKC6C will likely be launched but it is just that, but the motherboard codename will probably not be “corot”.

To speak about a previous report, three smartphones of Redmi’s K70 series – the Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro and Redmi K70e have been spotted on the IMEI database with model numbers 23117RK66C, 23113RKC6C, and 2311DRK48C, respectively. The Model number 23113RKC6C is the model number of the Redmi K70 Pro that will only be launched in the Chinese market. The smartphone in the global and Indian markets will be rebranded as the POCO F6 Pro smartphone with model numbers – 23113RKC6G(global) and 23113RKC6I(India).
