Google will be unveiling its latest Pixel 9 smartphone series at its Made By Google event on 13th August at 10:00 AM PT in the global markets. The rumor mill has been buzzing with recent design leaks of Pixel 9, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold while the company also officially teased the design of Pixel 9 Pro Fold and Pixel 9 Pro via its YouTube channel.
Today the availability of this upcoming smartphone series for the Indian market was officially confirmed. The microsite for Pixel 9 series has been made live on Flipkart which reveals that the series will be launching on 14th August in the country, just a day after its global launch.
The microsite reveals Pixel 9 Pro in off-white color and Pixel 9 Pro Fold in black color. Well, this will be the first time that Google will be launching its foldable device in India. Though reports suggest that the Google Pixel 9 series will include Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold currently the microsite on Flipkart only confirms the launch of Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold devices.
Although it is expected that the company might introduce the other two models too in India. The upcoming Pixel 9 series is expected to arrive with a Tensor G3 chipset, improved features, and AI capabilities.
