Google Pixel Tablet Gets Listed on Japan’s Amazon Shopping Website Ahead of its Official Launch

Google is going to launch its Pixel 7A and Pixel Fold devices on the 10th of May 2023 and the launch of the Pixel Tablet is also now expected to happen on the same day.

Ahead of its official launch, Google’s Pixel Tablet was listed on Japan’s Amazon shopping website revealing the specifications, price, and launch date of the upcoming device.

Google Pixel Tablet Listed on Amazon Website in Japan

Google’s I/O developer conference is already near and the event is to unveil many of Google’s most anticipated devices, including the Pixel Tablet, Google’s very first tablet device. But before Google could actually do so, the Amazon shopping website in Japan has listed(now removed) the product online, revealing the specifications, price, and the date on which the product will be available for purchase in Japan.

As per the listing on Amazon, Google’s Pixel Tablet will come equipped with the brand’s own Tensor G2 chipset and is likely to run on the Android 13-based operating system. The device will also be available in an LPDDR5 RAM of 8GB along with a UFS 3.1 internal storage of 128GB or 256GB.

Regarding its display, Google’s Pixel Tablet will feature a 10.95″ LCD display which will have an aspect ratio of 16:10. The display will also have a screen resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and will a maximum brightness rate of 500 nits.

Coming to its cameras, the device will offer its users 8MP cameras each both at its front and rear. The device will also support various camera functions including Magic Eraser, Long Exposure Live HDR+, and Night View, all of which have been previously seen in other Pixel devices.

In addition to it, the device will also have a quad-speaker setup. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth connectivity support of version 5.2, and Ultra Wideband(UWB) support. It will also have a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port as well.

The Google Pixel Tablet will also be equipped with a 27Wh battery and is going to offer its users a total battery life of upto 12 hours.

In Japan, as per what has been shared on Amazon’s listing, the product will be available for purchase starting from the 21st of June, 2023 at a price of ¥79,800(about $591) and will be available in two color variants – Porcelain(White+Beige) and Hazel(Black+Green).
