The POCO X5 series smartphones are expected to be released on the 6th of February, 2023. The renders of the smartphones shared online by famous tipster Snoopy Tech, now revealed the colour options which will be available for the devices.

The POCO X5 Series
Here are the renders of the upcoming POCO X5 smartphone shared online by Snoopy Tech on Twitter. The renders of the smartphones have revealed the overall design and the colour variants available for the upcoming smartphone.
The renders also tell us that the upcoming POCO X5 and X5 Pro smartphones look exactly similar to the Redmi Note 12 and the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition smartphones respectively.

The POCO X5 Pro 5G Smartphone
The POCO X5 Pro 5G smartphone will come in three colour options which include black, cyan and yellow. The smartphone has a flat-edged design with the power button and the volume rocker both on the right-side panel.
The smartphone on the rear also has a rectangular camera module on which you can find a triple camera setup with an LED flash it. It also has a primary camera of 108MP. The camera island around the camera module also has the POCO branding on it.
The smartphone has a full-screen display with a punch selfie camera and a small bezel on the bottom.

The yellow colour variant of the smartphone will be a colour variant exclusively for the POCO X5 Pro smartphone. The yellow colour variant will also have black colour highlighted on its side panels to give it a more sporty look.
A previously leaked image of the smartphone also revealed Hardik Pandya, the Indian International Cricketer holding the POCO X5 Pro smartphone with the yellow colour, indicating that there is a chance that Hardik Pandya would be the brand ambassador for the POCO X5 series.

The POCO X5 5G Smartphone
The renders of the POCO X5 5G smartphone reveal that the smartphone will come in only two colour variants – grey and green. The design of the smartphone as mentioned also looks very similar to the design of the Redmi Note 12 smartphone.
Unlike the POCO X5 Pro 5G which has a flat-edged body, the POCO X5 has a curved rear panel according to the renders. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side itself just like the POCO X5 Pro 5G smartphone.
The smartphone also has a triple rear camera setup and we can find the POCO branding inside the camera island as well. However, the LED flash of the smartphone is on the bottom of the camera module unlike the POCO X5 Pro smartphone, which has the LED flash on the top.
The POCO X5 will also have a main camera of 48MP with two additional cameras
The display of smartphone has a full-screen display similar to the POCO X5 Pro 5G along with a centrally aligned punch-hole selfie camera.

Specifications of the Smartphones
Much prior to the launch of the smartphones, the two POCO X5 series smartphones were listed on the website of a European retailer. As per the listing on CityTel’s website, both smartphones will feature a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels.
POCO X5 Pro 5G
The POCO X5 Pro 5G smartphone as per the listing will have a dimension of 162.1 × 76 × 7.9mm and a weight of 181 grams. The smartphone will come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and an Adreno 642L GPU.
As mentioned, the smartphone has an AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.67 inches and a screen resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels. The device will also have a refresh rate of 120Hz and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The smartphone is also expected to have a 108MP triple rear camera setup and, per the listing, will include 8MP and 2MP additional cameras. On the front, the smartphone is also expected to have a 16MP selfie camera.
The device as per the listing is also equipped with a 5000 mAh battery which has 67W fast charge support.
POCO X5 5G
The POCO X5 5G has a dimension of 165.8 × 76.2 × 7.98 mm which is slightly larger than the POCO X5 Pro smartphone. The device is also expected to have a weight of 189 grams.
The smartphone, as per the listing, is expected to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor.
Just like the POCO X5 Pro 5G smartphone, the POCO X5 5G smartphone also features a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will also have a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as per the listing.
The smartphone is also expected to have a 48MP triple camera setup with 8MP and 2MP additional cameras as well.
The device is also expected to be equipped with a 5000 mAh battery which will support a fast charge of upto 33W.
