The above teaser and the caption confirm that HMD will soon be unveiling its HMD Skyline smartphone in the Indian market. This device was already available in global markets while last month the also launched the Blue Topaz variant of HMD Skyline globally. The upcoming Indian variant is expected to feature the same specs as that of the global variant.
HMD Skyline: Specs (global variant)
The HMD Skyline smartphone features a 6.55-inch wide pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1000nits of peak brightness, and 1080 x 2400 resolution. The display stays protected with the Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
In the camera department, the smartphone has got 108MP main camera with a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP telephoto lens. The front side of the smartphone sports a 50MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 4,600 mAh battery that supports 33W charging and 15W wireless charging. It is also said to soon get Detox Mode as a feature that will allow users to disable all social media platforms and applications, and stop scrolling.
HMD is expected to soon announce the official launch date of this upcoming device for the Indian market.
