Honor launches its next number series Honor 200 Series in China with AI Sleep aid display
Honor has finally launched the Honor 200 series in its home country, China. This series includes the vanilla variant, Honor 200, and the Pro variant, Honor 200 Pro. I will share all the specs and pricing of both smartphones below.
Honor 200 Specs
Starting with the vanilla variant, it comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ curved OLED screen offering a resolution of 2664 x 1200 pixels, a peak brightness of 4000 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, Delta E≈0.27 color accuracy, and DCI-P3 cinematic wide color gamut. Honor has also added eye protection technology to this smartphone, featuring 3840Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming, eye protection mode, AI Sleep Aid display, Natural Color Display 2.0, front and rear adaptive 360-degree dimming, and natural light eye protection. Honor claims that this new AI Sleep Aid display will detect if you are feeling sleepy and will aid you in sleep by removing blue light and increasing the body’s melatonin levels.
Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno 720 GPU and will run on MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. For heat dissipation, this smartphone offers Global Cooling System 2.0, which includes an ultra-large steel VC area of 5029mm², a heat dissipation area of up to 34696mm², and a thickness of just 0.3mm. With MagicOS 8.0, you will get features like Honor Anywhere Door, Smart Capsule, screen capture with a three-finger swipe down, Breath Awakening 2.0, and a personalized lock screen.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main wide OIS camera, a 50MP telephoto OIS camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus, anti-shake mode, and an LED flash. The front camera features a 50MP wide-angle selfie shooter and supports 2D facial recognition.
The smartphone is equipped with a 5200 mAh battery and supports 100W fast wired charging. Honor claims that you can achieve a 57% charge in just 15 minutes. Additionally, AI technology will detect your charging habits and adjust charging protection accordingly.
For connectivity, it includes WLAN protocols 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.3, infrared remote control, and NFC. The sound system features stereo speakers with Histen 7.1 audio effects.
The smartphone weighs 187g, including the battery, and its dimensions are 161.5 mm in length, 74.6 mm in width, and 7.7 mm in thickness.
Honor 200 Pro Specs
All the specs are the same as its vanilla variant except for the processor and camera optics. The Honor 200 Pro is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with the Adreno 735 GPU.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP wide OIS camera with an f/1.9 aperture, a 50MP telephoto OIS camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 12MP ultra-wide macro OIS camera with autofocus and an f/2.2 aperture. The front camera features a 50MP wide lens with an f/2.1 aperture and 3D depth support. Additionally, the Pro variant is slightly heavier at 199g compared to the vanilla variant.

Pricing and availability
The Honor 200 has been launched in four color options: Moon Shadow White, Coral Pink, Velvet Black, and Sky Blue. It comes in four memory configurations:
- 8GB + 256GB for 2699 Yuan
- 12GB + 256GB for 2999 Yuan
- 16GB + 256GB for 3299 Yuan
- 12GB + 512GB for 2999 Yuan
- 16GB + 512GB for 3199 Yuan
The Honor 200 Pro is available in the same color options: Sky Blue, Coral Pink, Moon Shadow White, and Velvet Black. It also comes in four memory configurations:
- 12GB + 256GB for 3499 Yuan
- 12GB + 512GB for 3799 Yuan
- 16GB + 512GB for 3999 Yuan
- 16GB + 1TB for 4499 Yuan
Pre-sales have already begun in China, with open sales starting on May 31st. For those outside China, the Honor 200 series will make its global appearance on June 12th.
