Honor Magic 5 Pro, Magic 5 Ultimate 3C certification reveals downgraded charging speeds

Honor will be holding its keynote on Feb. 27 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. Apart from showcasing the Magic Vs foldable phone, the company is also expected to unveil the Magic 5 series of smartphones. Reports have revealed that the Magic 5 series will have at least four models, the Magic 5 Lite, the Magic 5, the Magic 5 Pro, and the Magic 5 Ultimate. The Pro and Ultimate models have received certification from the 3C authority of China.

Honor Magic 5 Pro and Magic 5 Ultimate 3C listing

Earlier this month, an Honor phone with model number PGT-A00 was approved by the 3C authority of China. Now, the same certification platform has approved two new phones with model numbers such as PGT-AN10 and PGT-AN20. According to reports, the PGT-AN00, PGT-AN10, and PGT-AN20 are the upcoming Magic 5, Magic 5 Pro, and Magic 5 Ultimate.

The PGT-AN00 was spotted with a 68W charger. The PGT-AN10 and PGT-AN20 models have also been spotted with a 68W charger. Hence, it appears that the Magic 5, Magic 5 Pro, and Magic 5 Ultimate will offer the same charging capabilities.

The Honor Magic 4 Pro and Ultimate editions from last year supported 100W charging. The 3C certification of successor models suggests that they may offer downgraded charging speeds. Except for the Lite model, the remaining Magic 5 models
