Honor Magic 6 camera features tipped ahead of it’s official launch in China

The smartphone brand Honor will officially unveil its latest Honor Magic 6 series at a two-day launch event which will be held in China from 10th January to 11th January. The series will include three smartphones- Honor Magic 6, Honor Magic 6 Porsche design, and Honor Magic 6 Pro. The series is already up for pre-orders in the country.

Recently the color variant of the series was officially teased while the tipster digital chat station also revealed the color options of both Honor Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro smartphones. The same tipster has today revealed that Honor Magic 6 will be arriving with an upright small telephoto lens with 50x zoom.

The tipster also mentioned that if the users have an image requirement they can go for the Pro model as the super large bottom with variable aperture and periscope are both very strong.

Honor Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro: Specifications (expected)

Honor Magic 6 and 6 Pro are expected to have a quad-curved OLED panel. While the standard model is said to have a single punch-hole cutout, the Pro variant is said to have a pill-shaped cutout, indicating that it will be equipped with a dual selfie camera setup.

Both phones are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. They are expected to feature a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50H main camera and a 50-megapixel OV50M ultra-wide lens. Honor Magic 6 is revealed to arrive with up to 512GB storage while the Pro variant is revealed to offer up to 1TB storage as per the pre-order listing.
