Honor’s Magic 6 Series and MagicOS 8.0 Official Announcement Conference Scheduled for Next Month

Honor, one of the Chinese consumer electronics makers, has announced that the brand will be unveiling its Magic 6 series devices and the MagicOS 8.0 custom skin next month in the brand’s home market in China, as expected before.

Magic 6 Series and MagicOS 8.0 – Unveiling on January 10 – 11

According to the poster image that has been shared online, Honor, is going to conduct a two-day launch event in China next month on the 10th and 11th of January 2024. Recent updates point that three smartphone devices will be debuted at the event – the Magic 6, Magic 6 Pro, and the Magic 6 Porsche Design. All the models are also expected to feature the latest MagicOS 8.0 custom skin too, and will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

Just to add, the brand has already released the Magic 6 Lite smartphone in the Chinese market, and this is the first Magic 6 series device to come out, but it had the Android 13 based Magic 7.2 custom skin and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset onboard.

About the schedule, the MagicOS 8.0 will be officially revealed on the 10th of January in the afternoon, whereas the Magic 6 series launch will take place the next day on the 11th of January in the evening. The event will be held in the Shanghai World Expo Center-5F Golden Hall.

Speaking more about the conference, there will be keynote speeches, which will take the audience through different sessions dealing with design, privacy & security, sports & health, smart internet, AI large model & human-computer interaction, developer services, gaming, travel, and many more. The experience area will further help the audience in delving deeper into them.
