Huawei Mate 60 Pro Smartphone Goes on Sale in China: 12GB/512GB Variant Priced CNY 6,999
Huawei’s Mate 60 series smartphone, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro 4G, has been listed in China, with its sale now live. The 12GB/512GB storage variant has been made available and is priced at CNY 6,999.

Huawei Mate 60 Pro 4G
The newly unveiled Mate 60 Pro 4G smartphone from Huawei features an LTPO OLED display panel with a screen size of 6.82″. The display is an FHD+ display with a resolution of 2720 x 1260 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 1440Hz PWM dimming.
It is assumed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G chipset and runs on the HarmonyOS 4.0. It is also coupled with an LPDDR5 RAM of 12GB with three UFS 3.1 internal storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
For the cameras, at its rear, the device has a triple camera setup housing a 50MP OIS main camera with variable aperture, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 48MP telephoto macro lens with OIS support(3.5x optical zoom). A front-facing camera of 13MP is also present.
Regarding the battery backup, the device packs a 5000 mAh battery and supports an 88W fast charge feature, a 50W wireless charging feature, and a 20W reverse wireless charging feature.
Other features include a 3D face recognition feature, in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68 rating, satellite connectivity, USB 3.1 Gen 1 port, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5 and 6, GPS, 8.1 mm thickness, and a weight of 225 grams.
It is the 12GB/512GB storage variant of the smartphone that has currently been listed and made available for purchase in the Chinese market at a price of CNY 6,999(~$961). It is likely that the other variants and models would be made available after its official release.
