Huawei Nova Y71 with 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, launched globally; available in South Africa as of now for 4999 ZAR ($266)
The new Huawei Nova Y71 was recently launched globally. As of now, it is available in South Africa for a price of 4999 ZAR ($266). The phone is now listed on Huawei’s official global website.

The new Huawei Nova Y71 features a 6.75-inch TFT LCD display, with HD+ resolution. It is capable of displaying 16.7 million colors.
The device has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The storage is expandable up to 512 GB.
In terms of the camera features, the phone rocks a 48MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP 120-degree ultra-wide angle, and a 2MP depth assist (f/2.4 aperture) on its rear. On the front, the phone has an 8MP selfie camera.
A 6000 mAh battery powers the device. Reportedly, the battery life of the phone is capable of lasting about half a week. Additionally, it is supported by 22.5 HUAWEI SuperCharge. The device also runs Huawei EMUI 12 software.
Although Huawei hasn’t mentioned the processor of the phone on their product page, earlier reports state that it processes on Kirin 710A 4G chipset.
The Huawei Nova Y71 is a budget smartphone. It is to be noted that the Huawei Nova Y71 like any other Huawei phone lacks Google services.
The phone will be available in countries other than South Africa in the upcoming days.
