India’s first IP69 rated smartphone Oppo F27 Pro+ with Damage-proof 360° Armour Body launching on June 13th [Update: Flipkart Availability Confirmed]
[Update] Looks like only the F27 Pro+ is launching in the Indian market as the Flipkart microsite is also live now. This confirms it will be launched via Flipkart.
The launch date for the Oppo F27 Pro+ has been announced and will take place on June 13th in the Indian market. The company has shared more details, including the colour variants.
In a teaser shared by Oppo, this smartphone has been given the tagline “Super Rugged/Monsoon-Ready Smartphone.” It will be India’s first smartphone to feature IP69-rated protection and will have a Damage-Proof 360° Armour Body. Additionally, it is revealed to come with an Ultra-Touch 3D curved AMOLED display.

IP69 indicates a device is completely dust-tight and protected against high-pressure water jets of 1160-1450 psi and high temperatures of 80°C.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ is coming to India with a single RAM option of 8 GB. It will be offered in two storage options: 128 GB and 256 GB. Dusk Pink and Midnight Navy colour options are listed on Oppo India’s microsite for the F27 Pro+.
There is also a vanilla variant of this smartphone, the F27 Pro, but Oppo hasn’t mentioned it in the teaser. It appears that only the F27 Pro+ is coming to the Indian market. It is also expected to be a rebranded version of the Oppo A3 Pro 5G, which was recently released in the Chinese market.
