iPhone 15 series expected to launch later this year , specifications and other details leaked
Apple launched it’s iPhone 14 series in September last year and now the smartphone brand is rumored to launch it’s latest iPhone 15 series this year . The company has still not announced anything about the launch date for the next generation iPhones but we can expect that the iPhone 15 series could also be launched in September this year just like the previous series which were introduced in the month of September only .
Though the launch is still far away , some of it’s specifications are tipped by Anthony who goes by @TheGalox on twitter . According to the tipster iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models will have a 60Hz refresh rate along with hole punch display which will be similar to the Dynamic Island theme .

Later the tipster also posted that iPhone 15 Pro Max will be the first phone to use Samsung’s UDR 2000 display . As the name suggests , the panel can reach over 2000 nits of brightness .

According to rumors , it is expected that iPhone 15 models will be coming with USB-C port instead of a Lightning port . The new iPhone 15 series is supposed to look alike to the iPhone 14 series . According to The Economic Times , iPhone 15 series will reportedly feature a new camera bump with some new camera sensors across all the smartphones in the iPhone 15 series .
As already mentioned , iPhone 15 models will feature Dynamic Island theme in which the stylish pill-shaped notch appears at the top of the phone . This features was earlier seen in the iPhone 14 Pro models . Dynamic Island displays both active and background tasks running on your iPhone and has a display that can adjust itself as per requirement .
According to MacRumors , Apple is expected to use Qualcomm modem chips for the new devices . The standard iPhone 15 models could get an upgrade to A16 chip while the iPhone 15 Pro models might use the 3-nanometer A17 chips which are faster and more efficient .
Upcoming iPhone 15 series is still far away from it’s launch but because of few online leaks we have got to know few specifications of this new lineup and maybe in near future we might get to know more about Apple’s new devices .
