iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro Indian Variants to Arrive with Reduced Battery Capacities
iQOO and Realme, two leading smartphone makers, unveiled their latest flagship devices last month in October 2024 and early this month in November 2024 respectively in China, their home market. The latter is also going to launch this month in the Indian market as well, while the former will only hit Indian shores next month in December 2024.
It has now been revealed that the Indian variants of the two flagships will be coming with reduced battery capacities when compared to their Chinese counterparts. Read more about the update below.
iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro Indian Variants – To Feature Reduced Battery Capacities
The iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro devices debuted in the Chinese market with 6150 mAh and 6500 mAh Si/C batteries and with respect to this, the Indian variants of the two will only be having 6000 mAh and 5800 mAh reduced batteries. To add, the same 120W wired fast charge support has been retained on the two, and unfortunately the change is only regarding the battery capacities.
Speaking more, the iQOO 13 smartphone is set to launch in India early next month on the 3rd of December 2024, and the device will be made available to Indian consumers through the Amazon India shopping platform. Some of the other teased specs of the Indian variant include the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, super-computing Chip Q2, and LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. A few days back, the device was also teased with the world’s first Q10 2K 144Hz ultra eye-care display too in India, along with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance. Moreover, it is understood that probably only the White and Silver color choices may be available to Indian customers.
Realme’s GT 7 Pro smartphone will be launching this month itself in India, the same month it was debuted in China, and it will also be an Amazon Specials product. The India launch will take place on the 26th of November 2024. The device has also been teased as India’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphone.
