iQOO Z7i spotted in Google Supported Devices list, global launch could be imminent

Earlier this month, iQOO unveiled the iQOO Z7 5G, featuring the Dimensity 920 chip, in India. In China, it unveiled three Z7-series models, such as the iQOO Z7i, Z7x, and Z7. These devices feature the Dimensity 6020, Snapdragon 695, and Snapdragon 782G chipsets, respectively. The Z7x and Z7 are expected to launch on April 3 in Indonesia. It appears that the Z7i may also release in the global market soon since it has now appeared in the database of the Google Supported Devices list.

As can be seen in the screenshot below, the iQOO Z7i has appeared with its model number V2230EA in the Google Supported Devices list. The listing hints that it may release on the global market.

The iQOO Z7i has a 6.51-inch IPS LCD panel that offers an HD+ resolution. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The back panel of the device has a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and an LED flash.

The Dimensity 6020-powered device comes with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The phone offers up to 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage and a microSD card slot for more storage. It comes preinstalled with the Android 13 OS, which is overlaid with the OriginOS Ocean UI.

The IQOO Z7i has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
