The upcoming iQOO Z8 smartphone has been certified by the 3C certification authority with the certificate number – 2023011606562587 and has made its appearance on the database with the model number – V2314A.
Four charging adaptors have also been listed along with the device with model numbers – V12060L0A0-CN, V12060L1H0-CN, V12060L1A0-CN, and V12060L1H1-CN. Previously these chargers were spotted on the 3C certification along with the iQOO Neo 8, Ne0 8 Pro smartphones, and also with Vivo’s foldable device, the X Fold 2. This confirms that the upcoming iQOO Z8 smartphone will support a 120W fast charge feature.
The iQOO Z8 smartphone was also spotted on the Geekbench database a few days back and the database confirmed that the device will be powered by a MediaTek chipset, likely the Dimensity 8200 chipset, and will come pre-installed with the Android 13 operating system. The device might have the OriginOS 3.1 custom UI and is expected to be coupled with an LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
About its other specifications, for its display, the smartphone is probably going to feature an IPS LCD display panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and regarding the battery, a 5000 mAh battery backup is expected. Even if nothing about its camera specs is known, based on its previous models, we can expect an OIS-enabled main camera at its rear.
As mentioned, the 3C certification the device has received confirms that the launch of the device can be expected soon, maybe by the end of this month, and more about the smartphone will be revealed soon. With the updates, we’ll be able to confirm more about the smartphone and its specs. Stay tuned until then.
