iQOO Z9x 5G has recently made its debut in the Chinese and Malaysian market while the device was also tipped to soon make its way in the Indian market. Recently the device was also spotted on iQOO India’s spare parts page hinting that the device may soon arrive in the country.
iQOO India today officially teased the launch of the iQOO Z9x 5G smartphone while iQOO India CEO, Nipun Marya has officially confirmed that the device will be launching in the country on 16th May 2024.

The microsite for the device has also been made live on Amazon’s official website confirming that the upcoming device will made available for purchase on the e-commerce platform. The above poster also reveals that the device will be arriving in Moon Porcelain color option in India while as per a recent report, the Indian variant of the smartphone will be arriving in 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB storage options.
iQOO Z9x 5G: Specifications (Chinese variant)
The smartphone sports a 6.72-inch LCD display that offers FHD+ screen resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits brightness. It is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor that is paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on Origin OS 4 based on Android 14. The device is backed by a 6000 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. It packs up a 50MP S5KJNS main camera and a 2MP depth camera on the rear side while on the front it features an 8MP Samsung S5K4H7 selfie camera. Other features include- a side fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, IR Blaster, and an IP64 rating.
