Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) Tablet Launching Soon In China: Design Officially Teased

Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023) made its debut last year in China in July and now the brand will soon be unveiling the successor of this tablet in China. Lenovo has started teasing the key details and design of the Lenovo Legion Y700 (2024) via Weibo.

The company has officially revealed the design of this upcoming tablet. It will be arriving in Black color option. On the rear panel it features a rectangular camera module that houses two camera sensors and a LED flash. The tablet is confirmed to pack up 13MP rear camera. The device will arrive with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support.

Other than this, the company has also confirmed that the upcoming tablet will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and it will sport an 8.8-inch display. It could offer 12GB RAM while the device is expected to arrive with some upgrades and improvements over its predecessor. The company has till now not revealed the launch date of this tablet but if reports are to be believed the launch could take place sometime in October.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and runs on the Android 13-based ZUI 15.0 custom user interface. It comes with two RAM options of 12GB and 16GB along with two internal storage options of 256GB and 512GB. An enhanced cooling system also ensures better gaming performance for long hours.

Speaking about its design, the tablet device is just 7.6mm thin and is more light in weight than its predecessor, weighing about 348 grams. For the display, the tablet features an 8.8″ large display panel with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The display also has a pixel density of 343 PPI, a peak brightness rate of 500 nits, a refresh rate of 144Hz, and supports DCI-P3 color gamut.

About the cameras, the tablet device sports a 13MP dual camera setup at its rear along with an LED flashlight and for selfies, an 8MP front-facing camera is provided. Lenovo’s Legion Y700 (2023) gaming tablet is backed by a 6550 mAh battery which supports a 45W USB type-C fast charge feature.
