Meizu 21 Note Smartphone Launched In China With Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Chipset, Flyme AIOS
After much speculation and leaks finally the Meizu 21 Note smartphone has been launched in China. Its specs were already teased a while ago so now everyone was just waiting to get the confirmation and its price as well. Now that we have these details after today’s launch, let’s learn about it here.
Meizu 21 Note smartphone
The Meizu 21 Note features a 6.78-inch wide 1.5K LTPO OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. Its brightness can increase to 5000 nits and 1600 nits in HBM mode. It supports 2160 Hz PWM dimming. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. In the camera department, the smartphone gets a dual camera setup on the rear side featuring a 50MP f/1.7 main camera with a 13MP f/2.4 ultra wide-angle camera.
The front side of the smartphone sports a 16MP selfie camera. It comes with the capability to record up to 8K resolution video. It is backed by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 65W wired charging and comes in IP65 rated body. Its Flyme AIOS brings generative AI capabilities, and AI-related features like a circle to search, document summaries, and voice notes transcribed to text. The smartphone has been launched in two color options Black and White with minimum bezels around the punch-hole display. Three camera modules are arranged vertically on the rear in which two modules house the camera. Volume and power rockers are on the right side of the handset with a flat frame.
Price and availability
Its 16GB/256GB variant is priced at CNY 2,599($360) while the 16GB/512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,799($388). Its open sale will begin in China on May 20.
