Meizu Note 16 Series Announced to Launch Next Month in China; Meizu 22 Flagship Series Also Coming This Summer
The Chinese smartphone maker – Meizu might be preparing itself to bring out more new smartphone models in the budget-oriented and flagship segments soon. Via a new poster image, the brand has confirmed the launch time frames for its Note 16 series and 22 flagship series in its home market.

Meizu Note 16 Series – Launching in April 2025
As per what can be understood from the shared poster image, the brand’s Note 16 series is going to hit the Chinese market next month in April 2025. In the poster image, the brand also mentions that the Note 16 series could be offered at an affordable price with decent specs. AI capabilities will also be part of the series. Also to add, so far, Meizu has sold over 30 million units of Note series devices (according to what has been mentioned in the poster image).
Meizu 22 Flagship Series – Launching in Summer
Apart from the arrival of the Note 16 series, the brand has also revealed the launch time frame for the 22 flagship series too in the poster image. Just like what was tipped earlier, the upcoming and next 22 flagship series will be coming out in the Chinese market this summer, in 2025. AI features are also pointed out to be one among the key specs of the flagship 22 series too.
Speaking more, the series is said to bring out small-screen and large-screen models (possibly the Meizu 22 and Meizu 22 Pro respectively), featuring straight display screens, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, car-machine interconnection capabilities, White rear panel, and an AI Key.
As the launch time frames for both the Note 16 series and 22 flagship series have been confirmed, the brand could be starting to tease these new product line-ups in the coming days/weeks, and we may thus be able to get a better picture on them.
