Motorola just teased the launch of a new smartphone in India. A lot remained under the wrap but we brought to you that they are teasing the Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone. Now the company has officially confirmed this and also dropped the specifications and launch date. Let’s get to know about it in detail.
Specifications of Motorola Edge 50 Neo
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone will come with the 6.4 inch wide Super HD LTPO display with 120Hz refresh rate, 3,000nits of peak brightness, 100% DCI P3, and 10-bit colors. The display is flat with minimum bezels and a centrally placed punch hole cutout. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB storage. In the camera department, the smartphone will feature a 50MP Ultra Pixel camera with a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor, with a 10MP telephoto camera on the rear.
Features like AI Magic eraser, AI Photo unblur, and AI Magic Editor will also be there in the camera. Features like AI Style Sync, and AI Magic Canvas will help you to create wallpapers and images using AI. The front side of the smartphone boasts a 32MP selfie camera with 4K recording capabilities. It is backed by a 4310mAh battery that supports 15W wireless charging and 68W TURBOPOWER charging. It runs Android 14 out of the box and is committed to receiving 5 OS upgrades with 5 years of security updates. As far as build quality is concerned it comes in IP68 MIL-810H Military grade certified body. The smartphone will be launched in four different color options with a vegan leather back.
Availability of Motorola Edge 50 Neo
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone will be launched in India on 16th September, 12PM, and will be available during the one-hour flash sale. It will be available on Flipkart. The price aspect of the phone remains under the wrap for now.
