Motorola Edge 50 Smartphone Confirmed To Arrive In India On 1st August With Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Processor
Motorola has finally confirmed the launch of the Motorola Edge 50 smartphone in India. This comes after leaks and spotting on certification bodies. As per the announcement, the smartphone will come with the title of being the world’s slimmest MIL-810H-certified smartphone. This phone will be launched on 1st August in India and will be available on Flipkart, Motorola website, and leading stores. Its microsite is live on Flipkart pouring all the specs of the handset.

Motorola Edge 50 smartphone
The Motorola Edge 50 smartphone will come with the 6.67 inch wide pOLED 1.5K super HD curved display, with 1900nits HDR peak brightness, and on display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone will come equipped with the Sony LYTIA 700C sensor with Moto AI. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and under intense processing the smartphone will stay cool with the Vapor Chamber Cooling System.
It will run Android 14 out of the box and is committed to receiving 3 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches. The smartphone will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. It will come in two color options with the vegan leather finish, Jungle Green and Pantone Peach Fuzz. Another Koala Grey color option will also be available to the users.
This smartphone will be the fourth phone in the series to launch in India and before this, we have already seen Edge 50 Pro, Edge 50 Ultra, and Edge 50 Fusion.
