Motorola G54 5G Smartphone Launched in the Chinese Market: Priced CNY 1,099

Motorola has now launched its latest G series smartphone, the Moto G54 5G, in China. The smartphone has only been made available in one storage option and can be bought in three color choices.

Moto G54 5G Launched in China

The newly launched Motorola smartphone, the Moto G54 5G, is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset and runs on the MyUX 6.0 custom UI based on the Android 13 operating system. The device has been launched only in one storage option – 8GB/128GB, however, its listing on the brand’s Indian official website had pointed to a 12GB/256GB storage variant.

For its display, the smartphone features an IPS LCD display panel with a screen size of 6.5″ and supports a 120Hz refresh rate.

Coming to its cameras, at its rear, the smartphone has a dual camera setup with a 50MP OIS main camera and a 2MP macro camera, and for selfies, the device offers its users a 16MP front-facing camera.

Regarding its battery, the device is backed by a decent 5000 mAh battery and supports a 15W fast charging feature.

Some of its other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers supporting Dolby Atmos, an 8.04 mm thickness, and a weight of 179.7 grams.

About its price, in the Chinese market, as mentioned above, the device comes only in an 8GB/128GB storage option and has been priced at CNY 1,099 (~INR 12,500, USD 151). Customers can get the device in Green, Blue, and Red(Viva Magenta) colors.

Just to add, Motorola has also confirmed the launch of the smartphone in the Indian market, and it is to take place tomorrow on the 6th of September 2023. From what it seems, the Indian variant might come with a few different specifications.
