Motorola Razo Pro, Razr Lite launch date tipped

Recent reports have revealed that Motorola is working on two Razr-branded flip phones. According to reports, one of them may debut as the Razr+ 2023, whereas the other model could be called the Razr Lite. Today, reliable tipster Max Jambor revealed that the new Razr models will be announced on June 1 at an event in Madrid, Spain.

According to the tipster, the Motorola Razr Pro and Motorola Razr Lite will be announced on June 1. At present, there is no information available on the specifications of the Lite model.

The Motorola Razr+ 2023 moniker is associated with the XT2321 flip phone, which has appeared on multiple certification platforms, such as TUV Rheinland, FCC, 3C (China), REL (Canada), and BIS (India). The same device has appeared in TDRA (UAE) certification with the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra moniker.

Reports have revealed that the Razr+ 2023 will be a follow-up to the Razr 2022, which went official in 2022. It is unclear whether the Lenovo-owned brand will be launching the same device as the Motorola Razr Pro.

It is expected to arrive with a 6.7-inch foldable OLED panel that offers an FHD+ resolution. The device is likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and a 3,640mAh battery. In addition, it is expected to feature the biggest cover display seen on a smartphone. The other specifications of the device are under wraps.

The Razr Lite’s CAD renders that surfaced last week revealed it will look similar to the existing Razr 2022 from the inside. However, on the back, it will have a smaller cover screen and a dual-camera system with an LED flash.
