Motorola XT2309-3 Appears on the FCC Certification Website

A new Motorola device with model number XT2309-3 has been spotted on the FCC certification website. The upcoming device will be a 5G smartphone.

A Motorola device with the model number XT2309-3 has appeared on the FCC(Federal Communications Commission) certifications website. Based on the details available, the phone that has been spotted could be the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone.

The certification has revealed that the upcoming smartphone will support 5G network connectivity and will also support NFC. The device will also be having Wifi 6E support as well

The FCC certification has also confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will come with a TurboPower 68W USB type-C wall charger and a PB 50 battery. It will also be having a TurboPower 15W wireless charging stand as well.

Let’s also look into the expected specifications of the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone

The Motorola Edge 40 smartphone is likely to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G chipset which will have a primary clock speed of 2.4GHz. It is expected that the device will have the Adreno 642 graphics processor.

The upcoming smartphone might also be featuring a 6.65-inch OLED display which has a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.

The smartphone, on its rear, is likely going to have a 64MP + 64MP + 5MP triple camera setup along with a front camera of 32MP for selfies

It might also come equipped with a lithium polymer battery with a battery capacity of 5000 mAh.

All these specifications are based on an unofficial preliminary analysis of the smartphone and cannot be confirmed yet. The smartphone which has just received the FCC certification is also not confirmed to be the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone.
