As reported earlier, Nothing Phone (2a) Plus smartphone was found listed on UAE’s TDRA certification website and Jio Compatibility app while yesterday the company officially confirmed that the device will be launching in global as well as Indian markets on 31st July.
The microsite of this upcoming smartphone was already live on Nothing’s official website while in India the device was expected to be made available exclusively via Flipkart just like the previously launched Nothing devices. As expected, Nothing Phone (2a) Plus microsite is now live on Flipkart’s official website.
Not many details regarding this upcoming smartphone are known yet but according to reports, Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is expected to be an improvised version of Nothing Phone (2a) that made its debut in March 2024. This means we might witness some higher specs like a new chipset or an overclocked version of Nothing Phone 2a’s Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset in the upcoming device. However, these are just assumptions and we should wait for the official confirmation to know the details regarding this smartphone.
