Nothing Phone(2) European price leaked ahead of its launch

The stage is set for the most awaited smartphone, Nothing Phone(2) and everyone is just waiting for the launch. It is confirmed to launch on 11th July in India and global markets. Ahead of its launch some of the significant information have already made its way to reports and rumors. A few days ago french leaker @Onleaks leaked renders of Nothing Phone(2) in collaboration with the SmartPrix.

Shortly after it Carl’s cryptic tweet that read “F A K E” was enough to flag those renders as fake. His response to Twitterati making a meme on Nothing Phone(2) reflected his confidence in Carl regarding the significant change in Nothing Phone(2). In an interview with Forbes, Carl Pei revealed that Nothing Phone(2) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and will pack a battery of 4700 mAh.

Not only this we also got to see a glimpse of the new USB Type C cord that we may see to come along with Nothing Phone (2).

What’s the update about the Nothing Phone(2)

A website named Dealabs Magazine has revealed the price of Nothing Phone(2). According to the website, this phone will be marketed in two models and its price would be 729 euros in France for the 256 GB variant, available in white and black. The website further mentioned that the Nothing Phone(2) 512 GB will be marketed for 849 euros in France in Black and White color.

Though its RAM remains a mystery but as far as it can be expected its 256 GB model can pack 8 GB RAM while 512 GB can pack 12 GB of RAM. If we talk about the price gap from its predecessor, you will find a significant gap. Nothing launched the Nothing Phone(1) 8 GB + 128 GB model for 469 euros whereas Nothing Phone(1) 12 GB + 256 GB for 549 euros.

It would be interesting to see how Nothing justifies its price hike with features.
