Nothing officially unveiled its latest mid-range smartphone- Phone (2a) in the Indian market last month. Earlier Phone (1) and Phone (2) arrived with two color options and the same was the case with Phone (2a) which was launched in 2 color options- Black and White. But now the Nothing users in India will get to see a third color variant of Phone (2a) very soon.
Nothing has today officially teased on Flipkart that Phone (2a) will be getting a new edition in the Indian market on 29th April.
The teaser image reveals that Phone (2a) will be arriving in a new Blue color option in the country. This new edition smartphone will be launched at 12 PM. It is said that this new color variant will be exclusive to the Indian market only. The new variant is expected to feature the same specs as that of the previously launched Phone (2a) variants.
Nothing Phone (2a): Specifications
The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor that is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers FHD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 2160 Hz PWM rate, and 1300 nits peak brightness. It runs on NothingOS 2.5 based on Android 14. The device packs up a dual rear camera setup that includes two 50MP camera sensors. While on the front it features a 32MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. The device can be charged up to 50% in 23 minutes and 100% in 59 minutes.
Nothing Phone (2a) comes with Nothing’s iconic Glyph interface. The three lights support the Glyph timer, notifications, Glyph torch, and Glyph progress. Other features include- Bluetooth 5.3, WiFi 6, NFC support, Linear Haptic Motor, fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, face unlock feature, IP54 rating, Hybrid Coexistence 2.0, Hyper Engine 5.0, and advanced hotspot.
